WEEK 2 EXPLORATORY WRITING: KILLING US SOFTLY 4 & LOOKING INTO THE MAGIC MIRROR
This is my first video to learn the value of women. I have to say that this video gave me a great start. This is also the first time I have learned how to find information in a video and use it. I think in this video, the one that fits this theme best and inspired me is Kiloburne Jean said, "These attitudes that run so deep in our culture." This is also what I am looking for in my article, which is the culture shared by all people in 21st century-Disney Movies. What I learned in this part is "Apply these reading skills to various kinds of texts". The resources we can use are not just the data and the quarter from other articles, we also can use quotes in videos, but we must know how to standardize and use them correctly.

If the above is the professor teaching us to find information, the homework of this podcast is how to find the information I want by myself. This one I learned is Habits of Mind. From the beginning, the professor led me to learn this topic and gradually became having my own questions and trying to find answers.

UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF SELF REVIEW
Because the introduction is done first and then the body paragraph, some content mentioned in the introduction does not have a lot of details in the body paragraph. In order to make the article more complete, I plan to delete some paragraphs. But this is exactly the problem I found when I re-read the entire article. So it is very important to review it again after finishing the draft of the whole article.
UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF REFLECTION
Over the past two years of writing, I have gradually cultivated to clearly tell readers the overall framework of the article at the beginning. But I also received Peer Review saying that I should focus more on answering the quarter question. I am reflecting on whether my writing style is correct.
REVISION
BEFORE
Wei Huang thinks that he has no way to understand what I want to write in this paragraph. The advice Wenjiao Guo gives me is that I should give the next paragraph a better transition.
AFTER
I made some changes to make the content understandable. But I haven't figured out how to transition to the next paragraph. I am very grateful for their advice. I think this is also "Understand the importance of peer review to your own reading and writing." They allow me to better understand the deficiencies of my articles.

Ray Khan also gave me some suggestions. On Introduce, I revised some of them, but I am also considering whether to revise all of the things he mentioned, because he thinks my overall structure is not clear and there are too many statements. Question, but from my personal point of view, I think my structure is what I want, but there is indeed a problem of overstatement. I need to modify it to make the whole Introduce clearer.
AFTER
This is how I changed it, and there are still areas in the middle that need to be revised. But I deleted some content not mentioned in Body Paragraph and tried to make the article more understandable and clear. This part made me realize that self-reflection and self-review are very important.
